Soma · Yoga · Soul
In returning to the body and remembering how to listen to our own blood
and bones and glorious guts, we return to ourselves and each other.
-Abigail Rose Clark-
A 7-Month immersive experience where you’ll enter into an educational container and circle of women to develop a deeper relationship with your own sacred vessel. We’ll take a deep dive into women studies, nervous system health, somatic education and ceremonial practices, to better support your orientation and embodiment of the ancient wisdom & philosophy of yoga.

This training is for the woman ready to move into a new season,
