  • Lunch Time Slow Flow

Join us for a slow flow Hatha Yoga class. We will have enough movement to feel great in your body and move you through a mid-day slump but not too much so you don't have to worry about sweating before returning to work! This is an all-levels class so all are welcome and modifications will be provided.

  • Morning Flow

Start your weekend off right with this energizing Hatha Flow class focused on strengthening, lengthening and stretching through a creative series of poses. Amy will teach you to mindfully link each movement with your breath, bringing you a deeper sense of awareness. You'll leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

  • Stretch & Restore

Join this gentle yoga class where we'll engage in some movement and stretches that will allow regulation of your autonomic nervous system. The class will then shift into calming and restorative practices that will allow you to take sacred rest in your savasana.

  • Qigong

Qigong (pronounced "chi gung") is the Taoist practice of energy cultivation.

This class begins with techniques of visualization and standing meditation postures to cultivate energy (qi), followed by gentle movements to distribute that energy throughout the body. By coordinating breath, posture, movement, and visualization, we calm the mind and invite the harmonious flow of energy in the body. This leaves us feeling energized, yet calm, centered, and grounded.n goes here
